Nylon polymer is extruded at high temperatures, stretched, and then quickly cooled to create the incredibly durable yarn that our turf teepads are made from.

Once the nylon yarn is spun onto spindles it is then directed overhead to the tufting machine that stiches the turf into continuous rolls. Our turf uses 600 spindles of nylon yarn to create a 15’ wide roll.
