Interlocking panels provide consistency, strength, and versatility to any disc golf teepad construction project.
Our “1040 rated” and “1000” rated substrates are 3’ x 6’ interlocking polyethylene panels that are assembled into a tee pad of any size. We recommend building a wooden frame and attaching the panels to the top and then installing the XSTEP Pro Turf over the top. Our Heavy Duty 1040 panels provide 600 psi in a closed cell 1 1/2” thick surface. The 1000 rater panels offer superior drainage and stabilibity using a 1/ 1/2” thick panel that has hundreds of small drain holes. The honeycomb design of the underside provide 200 psi and reduces the materials and rock stabilization that is typically used.

Internal camlocks join the panels to create teepads of any size (custom tool included)
Internal camlocks are positioned around the edges of the panels to lock other panels together. The unique “puzzle piece” also helps join and align panels. Joining panels together allows the installer to create teepads of any size or shape. 4 panels joined together make an amazing 6’ x 12’ teepad and 5 panels make a monster sized 6’ x 15’ pad. add additional panels around the edges to create sitting areas. Using a combination of our turf reinforcement tiles and panels you can built tee areas that will not only look professional, they will combat erosion and help ensure the sustainability of your disc golf course.

Easily Stackable for shipping or temporary course installation
Each of the panels easily stack nested with the next panel for ease in shipping, handling, can deployment out onto the course. Panels are easily carried by 1 person and can be used in places that are difficult to get concrete to. Panels can be pulled up and used in other locations if your “perfect hole” ever needs to be moved. The polyethylene sheets are easily cut with a circular saw, jig saw, or sawsall. This allows the installer to create teepads with curved or slanted edges. Including trapezoids.
